16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence
On 25th November, South Africa started 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. The 16 Days Campaign forms the centre point of government’s comprehensive 365 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children.
Brescia House School joins this campaign and our nation, by flying our flags at half mast and praying for all those who have been affected by violence and abuse.
Recently, during Women’s Month, the Brescia House School girls came up with an initiative to raise awareness for the campaign against Women and Child Abuse. The girls are encouraged to write their message of hope and support, and to be strong and proud of who they are.
