Orienteering

During Half-term Brescia hosted the last Orienteering league event. Our runners used their home advantage well and secured the following finishing places:

In the Junior girls, out of 140:

1st Tezni Loeve

2nd Megan Froneman

3rd Natasha Hultzer

7th Emma Solipa

In the Senior girls, out of 110:

1st Sarah Wimberley

2nd Stephanie Somerai

3rd Kierra Theunissen

10th Kyra Loeve

These wonderful finishes moved Brescia into 1st place in the League, out of 17 high schools, and earned them all a place in the Orienteering finals at the Walter Sisulu Botanical gardens on 9th March.
