Primary School farewell to Mrs Owgan

The Primary School presented a most touching and heart-felt farewell to Mrs Ann Owgan this morning. The girls sang songs and presented cards, books and sonnets to Mrs Owgan. A highlight was Mrs Owgan’s ‘Graduation’, where the girls presented her with certificates of achievement for every year that she has been Head of the Primary School, with year-by-year commentary given by Mrs Conlan and Mrs van der Velde. Mrs Booyse and Mrs Jakins paid tribute to Mrs Owgan in a special farewell message after which the entire Primary School joined Mrs Owgan in dancing the Jerusalema. Mrs Owgan, you will be missed, but remember – Once a Brescia girl, always a Brescia girl.
