Athletics

Our athletics team participated in the annual Catholic Schools Athletics meeting held last week and did exceptionally well to come 2^nd out of 12 schools. Well done to all our runners. We were placed 1^st in many races and a big congratulations goes to Thea Holdt on breaking the record in the 1500 m event.

Our team also participated in a meeting hosted by Brescia House School and came 1^st out of four schools. Our athletes did us proud winning 20 out of the 44 events. A big congratulations to our team, a big thank you to all our staff and pupils who helped on the day, and thank you to all who came to support.

We look forward to the rest of the season and to seeing our team represent Brescia House School at the annual Inter High Meeting to be held on 19 October at the Germiston Stadium.
