Central Gauteng Aquatics Long Course

The CGA (Central Gauteng Aquatics) Long Course Summer Championships were held from 1st-4th December at St Stithians. Isla Thomas attended the Level 3+ champs and achieved the following results: Silver in 100 fly, 100 freestyle, 50 fly, 200 Individual Medley, 50 freestyle and Gold in 200 freestyle. Colby Cochrane attended the Level 2 champs and achieved the following results: Gold in 100 freestyle, 50 fly, 50 free, 200 freestyle and Silver in 100 backstroke, 100 breaststroke.
