High School External Sport Achievements
Our Brescia House School pupils have been excelling outside of their usual sporting activities and we are very proud of their outstanding achievements in the following:
Hayley Rouan played in the PSI North Nationals for the Gauteng Gryphons U12A side. The team ended 2nd overall and will go through to play South vs North in February next year during the Indoor World Cup which will be held in Pretoria. They also get assigned an international team that they will be walking onto the court with to sing their National Anthem every time the team plays. Well done Hayley!
Kendra Wise and her horse Jaimei competed in the Gauteng Equitation competition on Sunday, 16th of October at Eaton Farm. She came 3rd in the Gauteng Equitation Finals and then went on to come 2nd in the Gauteng Equitation Championship yesterday. We are very proud of you Kendra, congratulations.
Alexandra Morgan-Fizelle competed in the South African Irish Dancing championship where she placed 1st in two of her solo dances and 2nd in three other dances. She also competed in the Solo Championship and is now 4th in the country for her age group. This is outstanding Alexandra – well done!
We wish Isla Thomas well as she heads off to Madeira for the Biathle and Triathle World Championships. All the best Isla.
