JHL Hockey News
Zoe Lupke and Emma Prince took part in the JHL weeklong league held on 22 August 2022 to 28 August 2022. They played for the U18 Jozi Warriors team who were top of the log in the series. The team made it to the semi-finals, but lost to the Samurais. They then went on to play against Northside Griffins, bringing home the bronze, 3rd place medal. We are so proud of the sportsmanship shown by all our players, both on and off the field.
Krissie Cykes (Samurais), Georgie Prince (Samurais), Nina Moerdyk (Mzanzi Hawks) and Emily Harmse (Mzanzi Hawks) also participated in the U14 JHL Hockey league. It was a very exciting week with some nail-biting matches. The Mzanzi Hawks made it to the finals. We are all excited for the future of Brescia House School Hockey – well done girls!
