Coding Spheros

Our grade 7 classes have been busy coding Sphero robots. The girls enjoyed learning how to program these cool robots to move, make sounds, and change colours. They had fun seeing how much they could do with just a few lines of code!

They started by exploring the basic commands that control the Sphero's movements, such as aiming, moving, and setting the speed and colour of the LED lights. Then they experimented with the drawing feature to make the robot move before using block code to navigate their robot around a maze of cones. #coding
